You should have received an email to create your password to login to your account when we created it. If you can't find the email, go to the above url and click forgot password to reset it and you should be able to login and ensure all your settings are correct.
In this video Matt will walk you through the contacts tab and how to access all your leads/contacts inside the platform as well as how to access them via your Google Lead Sheet.
All your leads will populate in both your Google Sheet as well as inside the contacts tab. Tags will automatically be applied to your leads/contacts so you know if they are a Tier 2 lead, Tier 1 lead, or if they have scheduled an appointment.
In this video Matt will walk you through accessing your Google Sheet and Lead Cards. Keep in mind that Lead Cards will ONLY be generated for Tier 1 leads (those who complete the questionnaire after filling out FB lead form). Tier 2 leads (those who only complete the FB lead form) will only have their info populated in your Lead Sheet.
We will share a folder with you via Google Drive that will provide you access to your Google Lead Sheet and your all your Lead Cards. Both will update in real time as leads are generated.
In this video Matt will walk you through the conversations tab and how to manage conversations with your leads/contacts inside the system. There is quite a bit of automation that will happen by itself depending on where a lead is in the funnel... All those messages will display in the conversation thread.
You obviously have the ability to follow up and send messages, respond to incoming messages, etc at any time. Keep in mind the system is set up and sending the messages "3rd party" via an admin as this further positions you as the expert. This has proven to be best practice with all the testing we've done to this point.
You can manage all the conversations on your phone via Lead Connector app if you so choose... Just go to the app store, search for Lead connector, download it and login with you credentials.
In this video Matt will walk you through the calendar tab and how to set up your calendar inside the platform. Integrating this calendar with an external calendar like Google Calendar is super simple if you currently use an external calendar you'd like to have sync.
Be sure to go through and set your calendar up to your liking in terms of how long you want your appointments to be, how soon from the current time someone is able to book, how many days out your calendar shows availability, etc. Also be sure to set your appointment availability so the system knows the days and times you are available.
In this video Matt will walk you through how to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments manually. As you dial (or your dialer dials), you will set appointments that will need to be put into your calendar. This video will show you exactly how to do this.
As a side note, please ensure that your platform is set to the time zone you are in (do this by clicking settings, then profile and ensuring the correct time zone is selected.) By having the time zone you are located in selected, it will adjust appointments accordingly without you needing to do anything when scheduling appointments for people in other time zones.
In this video Matt will walk you through the "Opportunities" Tab and how to use this part of the platform to see where people are in the funnel. It will also allow you to get keep good stats on how much business you are writing and track the overall profitability of your business.
There are several ways to disposition your leads and "move them" to the appropriate buckets. Doing so is very simple and is something you should try to stay on top of in order to be able to have an accurate snapshot of where people are in the funnel.
In this video Matt will walk you through how he resolves leads in his lead sheet in order to know exactly where people are in the overall process. It also helps his dialer know the status of his leads very quickly for the purposes of dialing and following up.
